I have ordered it as a gift for someone but it's Led is not working. Aa per the replacement policy the item with such defects will be replaced. Even after texting and mailing them within the timeline for the replacement, there's have been no reply from their side.
I liked the product overall but not their customer support team.

It came all damaged the hamper box is literally broken and these cars r scratched the paint is literally chipping off. Do not buy from here

The light is not working properly after opening the package we saw that for replacement we need to make open video total waste of money you guys must not scam people and make sure you guys shut down your business Total waste of money your products it's still regret to choose you guysss !!

The light stopped working the second day. Reached out to customer service there has been no response. Negative reviews get deleted.

First the delivery was not on time. It was 3 weeks late. And the delivery is not standard.
It is from the local vendor and not up to mark quality.
Secondly they mention easy returns, which is a lie again. Because they dont offer returns. Only replacement is available.
Which is again denied, because they find reasons to not accept the replacement.
Third, they respond very late.
Coming to the quality of the product. It's used product and quality is very cheap.
It is clearly visible that it is a used product, still the team denied to replace it.

Now the used product is stuck. It was supposed to be a gift. However can't gift this.

Cable was so delicate that light broke and the quality was also not up to the mark. Also, i tried to reach but did not receive response from your side. I wiuld not recommend your product to anyone.
